Once you've submitted your details online, the Party Bus Hire management team will promptly reach out to gather additional information. Our Party Buses can accommodate 13, 20, 40, 45, and 50 passengers, while our Limo Buses have seating for 21, 23, and 44 passengers.

Easy Party Bus operates throughout Sydney and can also arrange transfers to various interstate destinations, including Hunter Valley, Wollongong, Central Coast, Blue Mountains, and Newcastle.

To confirm and secure your booking, we request a security bond, the amount of which varies depending on the specific bus you're booking. This bond will be refunded to your nominated account at the end of the trip, provided that the bus is left in a clean and undamaged condition. Please note that refunds may take 2-7 business days to reflect in your payment source, depending on your bank's billing cycle.

We offer several payment options, including cash payments to the driver on the day of pick-up, internet banking or bank deposits to be made four days before the trip, and payments through invoices. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.

Easy Party Bus exclusively accepts Australian currency.

Payments made online or via invoices will incur a 3% booking fee.

Upon receiving either the bond or full payment, a confirmation email with the remittance will be sent to you.

 Easy Party Bus is not responsible for incorrect details entered through our online booking system. Please ensure that all information is accurate before making the payment. If you identify any errors after receiving a confirmation email, please contact us at (02) 9188 9092 immediately for corrections, and an updated remittance will be sent via email.

Security bond payments are non-refundable in the case of cancellations. If a cancellation is made 24 hours before the trip, a 50% charge of the full payment will be applied to the nominated account.

On the day before your booking, you'll receive a text message to confirm the details, and your driver's information will be provided. If you do not receive a text message, please contact us before 8pm at (02) 9188 9099 to obtain your driver's name and number.

Your assigned driver will call you 10-15 minutes before the pick-up time to ensure readiness. While a certain latitude of 15-30 minutes for lateness may be accepted, any waiting time beyond that may incur an additional surcharge, unless prior arrangements have been made with management. In the absence of such arrangements, the driver may not be able to wait due to other scheduled bookings, and no refund will be provided.

Easy Party Bus reserves the right to refuse additional stops beyond those initially booked. If necessary, please contact management before the trip to inquire about the possibility of adding extra stopovers, with associated charges.

Our Party and Limo Buses come equipped with state-of-the-art DJ LD speakers for Bluetooth music streaming, microphones for singing along, dynamic LED party lights, plush leather seating, a spacious dance floor (exclusive to our 40+ seat buses), and tinted windows for privacy. Our Karaoke Party Bus boasts an integrated karaoke system with a vast song selection, two microphones, a 32-inch TV for lyrics, a dance floor, LED party lights, DJ LD speakers, and a personalized LED sign. Alcoholic beverages are allowed on our buses, provided they are legal and consumed responsibly. All passengers who wish to consume alcohol on board must be 18 years or older and carry valid identification. We adhere to NSW law and reserve the right to refuse alcohol to individuals considered intoxicated or underage. STRICTLY NO ALCOHOL ON ANY OF THE BUSES FOR SCHOOL FORMALS OR KID’S PARTIES.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on all our buses in accordance with state laws. Passengers who fail to comply will be removed from the bus without a refund.

Food or snacks are not allowed on any of our buses. If passengers bring food or snacks, the driver will request their removal.

For kid's party transfers, we require a minimum of two parents or guardians to be present on the bus.

Most of our Party and Limo Buses are equipped with air conditioning. Refer to our fleet page for specific details on which buses have air conditioning.

Our fleet is modern, fully equipped, regularly maintained, insured, and accredited with Transport of NSW. Safety features like seat belts and real-time bus tracking systems are standard. Our drivers possess the required NSW Heavy Vehicle Licenses, NSW Driver Authorities, and are cleared to Work with Children. They undergo regular training to ensure safe and professional travel. In case of emergencies, we have a detailed plan, and our drivers practice evacuation procedures regularly, with emergency contact information readily available.

Any damage to the bus during the trip may result in the termination of the trip, with the bond potentially forfeited. Passengers responsible for excessive damage are liable for repair costs, with damage excess fees ranging from $300.00 to $1000.00. Please ensure that the bus and its amenities are treated with respect and left clean and tidy.

Passengers displaying disruptive behavior, fighting, damaging the bus, or consuming alcohol excessively may be evicted by the driver, with the involvement of the police if necessary. In such cases, the trip will be terminated, and no refund will be provided.

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings while traveling on our buses. Easy Party Bus is not responsible for lost or stolen items left on the bus. Found items will be stored at our
